Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, grooming products and opened pet care items are final sale.

How to Start a Return Email us at support@petlyhome.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@petlyhome.com and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
